Import Duty & Tax Information
If ordering from overseas, please be aware that if customs import duties and taxes are applicable, they will be your responsibility.

To avoid local charges, please order from one of our friendly resellers in your country.

DHL - International Express (Excludes PO Boxes)
DHL Express use land and air transport to deliver our products. For overseas’s deliveries, this is the fastest option for customers in major international cities with delivery usually between 3-5 days! DHL will NOT deliver to P.O.Boxes - they will require a full address. Please be aware of your local customs import duty and tax charges, this is the responsibility of the customer. When your order has been despatched from our warehouse, you will be sent an email from DHL, this will provide you with a tracking number so you can follow the progress of your shipment.

Australia Post - International Express
Australia Post International Express Service is for trackable, urgent parcels. Please allow an estimated arrival in 6+ business days. Orders for this service cannot exceed 20kg.
When your order has been despatched from our warehouse, you will be sent email notifications and a tracking number so you can follow the progress of your parcel.

Toll IPEC - Australia Express (Excludes PO Boxes)
Toll IPEC uses land transport to deliver our products, they are usually delivered in 1-2 days to most major cities (except Perth & Darwin) within Australia. Deliveries to WA, NT & regional areas will require an extra 2-4 days for delivery. Toll does NOT deliver to PO boxes and if you give authority for the driver to leave your package in a safe place, please add the information in the area provided when checking out. When your order has been despatched from our warehouse, you will be sent email notifications and a tracking number so you can follow the progress of your parcel.

Startrack - Australia Express

Startrack Express use land transport to deliver to all of Australia, your order should normally take 1-2 days to most major cities within Australia. Deliveries to regional areas will require an extra 1-2 days for delivery. If you would like your order (under 4kgs) to be sent to a PO Box then this the best option for you. When your order has been despatched from our warehouse, you will be sent email notifications and a tracking number so you can follow the progress of your parcel.

Australia Post - Regular Parcel
Australia Post parcel post service covers all of Australia. If you are ordering within NSW you should receive your order within 2 business days for Metro area's or up to 5 business days for country areas. If you live outside of NSW, your order could take up to 3-6 business days, depending on the final destination. When your order has been despatched from our warehouse, you will be sent email notifications and a tracking number so you can follow the progress of your parcel.

Australia Post - Express
This is the best option when buying FEP sheets on their own. It is next day delivery to all metro areas within Australia (except Darwin & Perth). Please allow 1-2 extra days for regional and country areas.

In-Store Pick up
If you live near our factory, please feel free to drop in an pick up your order. You will be notified by email or phone when your order has been assembled and is ready for pick up. Our address is 12-14 Alexander Street, Auburn NSW 2144, AUSTRALIA.

Own Shipping (Resellers ONLY)
This is an option for resellers only, please do not choose this option unless it has been pre-arranged with Monocure 3D.


Returns


We will not accept returns or issue refunds so you can avoid paying import duty & tax. Please be aware that these charges are your responsibility and must be paid by the buyer on entry to some countries.

A product can only be returned for a refund if there is a major problem with it:

  • it has a problem that would have stopped you from buying it if you knew about it
  • it is significantly different from the sample or description
  • it is substantially unfit for its common purpose and can’t easily be fixed within a reasonable time
  • it doesn’t do what you asked for and can’t easily be fixed within a reasonable time; or
  • it is unsafe.
If you feel that you are entitled to return a product, please contact us first as we keep retained samples of all recent batches. We can easily examine the sample to check if it is a batch issue. You are responsible for returning the resin in its original container with the majority of the product remaining and without any contamination. Upon receiving the product, the chemists will examine it to check for any issues. If there is found to be a problem with the resin, you will be entitled to a full refund of the product, including all shipping costs.

If the product is found not to have a problem, you may be required to pay the transport and/or inspection costs.

If you purchased from one of our resellers, please contact them in regards to a return or refund. They will contact us if it is believed to be a batch issue.
